CAPACITY TRAINING CENTRE (CTC) at NECU

Across the country, there has been a huge gap and mismatch between the demand and supply of skilled human resources according to industry needs. The capacity training centre aims to train and equip individuals from diverse sections of the society, ranging from basic life skills to management skills to become industry ready. The Centre is equipped with in-built smart classroom technology which facilitates knowledge exchange and sourcing inputs from faculties and trainers around the globe. Video conferencing and live Webcasting is made possible via the video conferencing software platform for E-learning for Business and Education. Both Short-term and Long-term courses are offered through the centre according to the regional and industrial requirements.

CTC offers high quality skill based education in the region, and addresses the need of the youth of North East India especially in the field of human resource development to improve employability and become market ready. The courses offered ranges from baking and food processing to accounting and financial management and other professional certificate programs.
